转帖区灌水严重，虽然已经取消了系统自动加1金币并做了通告，但依然很多1级会员还是去灌水受到处罚，版主不想每天删除掉很多账号，所以暂时提高浏览权限，等1级多数会员了解到调整以后再降低浏览权限。这可能只是临时措施，不会太久。
同样的设置，还有电子书区。
